How many times have you noticed the little things in life that keep you going? Because of the distractive state most of us are in right now, it is pretty much close to impossible for us to take a moment. A moment to thank everything around us. The problem really is that some of us do not even know how to tell the words, “Thank You”. But I am here today to explain to you why gratitude is the greatest attitude.

Let me make it all clear. Expressing your gratitude means showing your thankfulness towards something. That “something” can be anything. It would certainly melt my heart if someone had that satisfactory look on their face because they feel thankful because of me. I am sure it can melt yours too.

When you thank somebody or something, there are various things that happen. First, you feel happy and blissful; and second, the other feels glad as well. There is a positive exchange of energies that one cannot experience in anything else. Try taking 10 minutes of your time to thank everything. It includes your body, your intellect, your instinct, the environment, and so forth.

The best time to do this is in the morning, 10 minutes since you wake up; or in the night, 10 minutes before you go to sleep. Because it is during these times that the subconscious mind works well. Whatever you input into your subconsciousness during these times impact your life adversely. Expressing your gratitude for 21 days makes it a habit to show a positive and loving vibration wherever you go. Your social life, personal life, career, all of that will certainly improve. You only need to thank all the simple little things which exist; and without which, life would be tedious.

To make things simple, feeling gratitude will make you a better person. So do this practice every day and see how life shifts for you.
